Art at Large is a program of the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa Art and Art History Department that utilizes campus construction barriers as canvasses for UH Art majors to express themselves and share their thoughts, visions, and talents. The dull, drab construction barrier walls that surround the Life Sciences Building construction site have become an outdoor gallery of Art at Large and a reoccurring theme is mālama ʻāina.

This is the second iteration of Art at Large with its first version 1.0 “opening” in 2016. It is now on version 3.0 with each iteration costing approximately $2,000 - $3,000 to produce. This is just a sampling of the art work that the many talented artists of UH Mānoa are producing. Enjoy!
